Postal Inspectors Warn of Fraudulent Emails About Package Delivery

There have been reports of emails sent to postal customers claiming to be from the US Postal service which contain bogus information about a package delivery.

The email contains a link and instructs the customer to click on it to find out when they can expect delivery. To avoid having your personal information stolen, DO NOT click on the link!

The link, when opened, will install a malicious virus into your computer that can steal personal information.

Just delete the message without taking any further action. If you wish to report spam, email spam "@" uspis.gov.
